1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REIMBURSEMENT
Refunds are granted under certain conditions:

  • You must make your refund request within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Items damaged or without their original packaging are not eligible for refund.

  • Some products are non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons (e.g., intimate accessories, personalized items).

2. PROCEDURE FOR REQUEST FOR REIMBURSEMENT
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service at contact@veeprive.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Wait for our validation and instructions for returning the product.

  • Return the item to the address provided to you. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. REIMBURSEMENT PERIOD
If your request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time before the refund appears on your statement.

4. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact@veeprive.com with photos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

5. EXCEPTIONS
Some items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items on sale or on sale

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized products

  • Products used or damaged by the customer
